We dove deep into Jay Bee’s order flow, customer behavior, and most frequently asked questions. We studied peak hours, response bottlenecks, and the brand’s voice. We also evaluated leading WhatsApp automation tools and best practices for natural conversation design in food ordering.
THE SOLUTION
AgenSync built a fully automated WhatsApp agent powered by AI. It lets customers place orders through natural conversation—selecting flavors, sizes, toppings, and even confirming pickup or delivery.
