THE CHALLENGE
Kalp needed a robust digital solution to help its remote teams stay on track with goals, manage tasks, and visualize performance metrics in real time. The challenge was to combine multiple workflows—OKRs, check-ins, task boards—into a cohesive system that felt lightweight, fast, and motivating for modern teams juggling across tools.
THE RESEARCH
Our team explored productivity habits of distributed teams, analyzed market leaders in the OKR and task management space, and interviewed remote workers to understand pain points. Insights showed that transparency, habit-building features, and team visibility were essential—along with seamless integration into tools like Slack and Notion.
THE SOLUTION
We developed a clean, user-centric dashboard with modular widgets for OKR planning, daily check-ins, a kanban task board, and a performance leaderboard. A bright, intuitive interface allowed teams to instantly see progress, highlight blockers, and celebrate wins. Integrations with popular tools and built-in analytics turned Kalp into a true command center for remote productivity.
